Recovist Foot Massage Roller

1. Prepare Your Feet:

Sit comfortably and remove your shoes and socks. Make sure your feet are clean and dry.

2. Position the Roller:

Place the roller on a flat, non-slip surface under one foot. With two rollers, you can massage both feet at once.

3. Roll Slowly from Heel to Toes:

Move your foot back and forth along the roller at a slow, steady pace. Start with gentle pressure and increase it gradually to what feels good.

4. Focus on Tight Areas:

Spend extra time on your arches, heels, and balls of your feet, especially where you feel tightness or fatigue. Avoid pressing directly on the bunion itself.

Pair It With Your Bunion Brace:

Use the roller before your Bunion Brace session for a relaxing start, or afterward to ease tension and soothe your feet.

How long and how often:

5-10 minutes per session, once or twice a day. Many people like a quick session in the evening after a long day on their feet.
