Processing

Our fulfillment team will process your order within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing time during peak periods.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

 

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

An email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number when your items are shipped. In addition, you'll receive email updates when your package moves across regions.

We will be happy to assist you if you haven't received one or your tracking number doesn't work.

 

How Can I Track The Status of My Order?

Having Trouble Viewing Tracking Updates?

As much as we wish we could provide every customer with the most accurate tracking updates, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner and our team only has access to the same information that you do. With that said, it is rather difficult for us to give an estimated time of arrival. We are going to try our best to accommodate everyone’s shipping situation and to ensure satisfaction.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@getrecovist.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make changes to your order, we can facilitate the placement of a new order at a reduced price to mitigate your loss. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the current shipping information.

 

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Factors such as international customs processing, holidays, and severe weather conditions can cause shipping delays that are beyond our control.

My Product Was Lost In Transit, Or Was Stolen

If you have purchased Insured Shipping to cover theft and products lost during transit, we will immediately issue a replacement.

We advise you to reach out to your post, local carrier and state what has happened. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for the lost or stolen items.


Returns

By placing an order at Recovist, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Recovist. Please refer to our returns & refund policy for further information on how to return your packages.
