We believe in the effectiveness of our products and require a minimum of 30 days of use before initiating a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 30 days and within our 90-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@getrecovist.com.

Note: Some companies pose as Recovist. If we can’t locate your order ID in our system, it was most likely ordered from a company pretending to be Recovist.
Am I Eligible To Return The Products?
We are confident that our products work and require consistent use for at least 30 days before requesting a return. This allows sufficient time to experience their full benefits. If you are still dissatisfied after this period, you may return the items within our 90-day money-back guarantee window.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or send us an e-mail directly at support@getrecovist.com. To expedite your return, please provide us with your Order Number or the Name and E-mail Address used to place the order.
Order Cancellation
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately. If the order has not been shipped yet, the customer support agent will be able to cancel the order and send the refund to your original payment method.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before confirmation.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. Damaged packaging that occurred during shipping such as dented boxes, etc. with a product in good condition is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us at support@getrecovist.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

We advise you to reach out to your post, local carrier and state what has happened. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for the lost or stolen items.
Incorrect Address and Delivered Package
We rely on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout and cannot verify or alter it post-purchase. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we are here to assist. Our customer service can facilitate the placement of a new order at a reduced price to mitigate your loss; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the current shipping information.
Please note that Recovist is not obligated to offer a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address.
Unclaimed Packages
Remember that if you want to return a package, you must first pick it up and follow our return instructions. Failure to pick up a package from the Post Office or refusal to accept it from the Post Office does not constitute a return. Normal return policy does not apply to unclaimed packages.
How Do I Ship Back The Items?

Please DO NOT send the product back to the address on the package or without first consulting our team. Items returned to the address on the package may not reach us, and we will be unable to process your refund.
Ensure your returned items are in good working condition, free from visible signs of use, and include all manuals and accessories.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
At this time, Recovist does not offer prepaid shipping labels for returns. You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
What Items Are Non-Refundable
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Shipping fees once the order has been shipped
- Expedited shipping fees
- Package loss warranty
- Priority order processing
- Pre-paid gift cards
