How to Use Recovist™ Supportive Belt?

We recommend that you wear it during the day for constant relief. You can start with short periods of wear and gradually increase the duration over time.

STEP 1
Position the belt around your hips.*
STEP 2
Adjust the straps to achieve a snug but comfortable fit.
STEP 3
Wear it during the day for constant relief.

*Lift your leg 90 degrees and find the natural fold from your hips to your leg. That is where the bottom of the belt should be when worn correctly.

With consistent use over a two week period you will gain long-term benefits.
