4 EASY STEPS

Use it for 5 minutes a day.

Step 1. Place the massager around the back of your neck.
Step 2. Keep both hands on each side to control how much it squeezes your neck.
Step 3. Massage your neck by rolling your hands clockwise for 5 minutes.
Step 4. Enjoy the relaxation and the pain going away.

* Adjust the magnitude of the pressure based on your own comfort level. Put your hair up if it doesn't end at your upper neck.
